All our production is produced in modern equipped workshops applying the latest production technologies.In 2005 all production technology lines have been renewed and a new modern chamber for dyeing window profiles has been installed.
We use timber processing equipment developed to MICHAEL WEINIG AG projects. The whole production process is automated and controlled by a computer system. All this allows increasing production volumes and reducing delivery time of the product for a customer. All materials used for window production have the required certificates.
Wood
For production of windows and doors, we use a triple-layer glued timber beam. Compared to solid wood, it features better resistance against the environmental changes, is stronger and does not twist. For production of windows, only top-quality timber beams without any branches and defects are selected . We recommend production of windows from pine beams, however, on request, we can also manufacture them from ash or oak.
Multiple glazing units
A multiple glazing unit is one of the most important parts of a window. It determines permeability of light, heat and sound, whereas a simple glass pane is pervious to heat, noise and UV. Micro ventilation system is used in casement windows. Multiple glazing units offered by us and meeting various needs of our customers can be the following:
Heat insulating (selective) Sunlight controlling; With shaded and reflective glass panes; Anti-burglary (with laminated glass panes); With safety glass panes (tempered); With ornamented glass panes, decorative casing.
