How we make our windows
Three ply glued beam is used for the production of windows Window-jambs and window frames are made of glued pine large timber stuck from three plies of blanks prepared by radio sawing. For the production of the beams pine, oak or ash tree logs from the northern Siberia, Russia are used. Adult wood grown in severe conditions is high quality raw material for the production of the windows, and this factor has an influence on the durability of the window, resistance to deformation, preparation for processing and further finishing.
Colors
Possibilities to choose various tints of the window frame are infinite.
Bindings of the windows
Double sided opening bindings made in German firm SIEGENIA and ROTO are used for the binding of the windows, which ensure hermetic shutting of the window, ease of opening and ventilation. Lately, the newest system FAVORIT SI-LINE has been used.
Glass packages
Frames are glassed according to the request of the customer using various types of glass packages. Several combination of packages are available: double glazed, triple glazed, toned, darkened or made of plate-glass, triplex (resistance to impacts). The inside of the package is filled with argon gas.
Finishing of surfaces
Windows are impregnated and primed by soaking, six coats of ecologically pure acrylic paints or lacquers, produced by firm “Tekna” are laid.
Seals and hermetic
Two milled seals with polyurethane filler inside are set in the frame of the window, glass packages fitted in opening are sealed with silicon, which keeps out moisture from getting inside.
Locks of the windows
Locks are fitted into windows upon customers request.
